The young lady who I dealt with was really efficient, however I have the car back and after changing the rear tyres the service department did not reset the monitor and I cant do it as its a service access only.

My car had nothing done to it on the first appointment as the MOT test equipment had broken down, on the second appointment the printout given with the MOT had every item marked as NC (not checked). Very confusing.
