Syed , our sales person, couldn't do enough to help us. He worked through a number of options with us until we found the best fit. I didn't feel pressured to purchase by Syed which is something I have experienced in other dealerships.

My car had nothing done to it on the first appointment as the MOT test equipment had broken down, on the second appointment the printout given with the MOT had every item marked as NC (not checked). Very confusing.

Since being taken over by Lloyds from Stratstone, everything seems to be a lot better. I had an issue with my rear badge and thought it might have been under warranty but it wasn't. They explained why it wasn't covered and was happy with the work.

Accepted the vehicle which was a leased BMW(electric).rectified the fault within 1 day without fuss or drama. Kept me up to date regarding the repair process. Fully charged, washed and hoovered on collection. Fantastic service.
